1. Services

Brilliantly You Coaching provides guidance and support for women going through sorority recruitment (potential new members) and personal growth. Coaching is not a guarantee of membership or specific outcomes, as all recruitment decisions are made by individual sorority chapters.

2. Affiliation

Brilliantly You Coaching is an independent business. While the coach may reference personal experience as a sorority member or advisor, these services are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or representing any sorority, fraternity, or other organization. All coaching, resources, and advice are offered solely under Brilliantly You Coaching.

3. Eligibility

Our services are designed for individuals preparing for sorority recruitment. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to participate.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking. All sales are final. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Coaching conversations are kept confidential and will not be shared. However, Brilliantly You Coaching is not responsible for outcomes beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, and session resources belong to Brilliantly You Coaching. Please do not copy, share, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By booking services, you agree that Brilliantly You Coaching is not liable for recruitment results, personal decisions, or any outcomes related to coaching sessions.
