Meet Aubrey
I've been where you are.
I remember standing outside my first recruitment event, heart pounding, palms sweating, wondering if I'd know what to say. I was overwhelmed by the process—the endless conversations with strangers, the pressure to make a good impression, the fear of not fitting in.
But I showed up anyway. And that decision changed my life.
Sorority membership didn't just shape my college experience—it became the foundation for lifelong friendships, leadership opportunities I never imagined, and a support system that's still there for me twenty years later. My closest friends today are my sorority sisters.
That experience taught me something powerful: the women who thrive in recruitment aren't necessarily the most outgoing or the most polished. They're the ones who learn to walk into a room with confidence, connect authentically, and trust themselves in conversations.
FROM OVERWHELMED TO EMPOWERED
After college, my passion for sorority life led me to work professionally in Greek Life. As a proud member of Alpha Delta Pi, I served as a Leadership Consultant for my sorority, traveling across the country to guide chapters through recruitment, membership development, and officer training. I worked hands-on with brand-new chapters to establish strong foundations, and later managed chapter services and consultant teams for another NPC (National Panhellenic Conference) organization.
Over the years, I've helped hundreds of women navigate recruitment, develop leadership skills, and build meaningful sisterhood. You could say I became a professional sorority woman—and I loved every minute of it.
But here's what most people don't know: while I was helping sorority chapters thrive, I was also building a completely different career in consulting. I've spent years at a Big 4 firm specializing in communications and change management, where I advise executives and organizations on how to navigate complex transitions, foster genuine connection, and create engagement.
On the surface, these two worlds might seem unrelated. But they're not.
The skills I use to help executives tell their story authentically, build trust quickly, and create meaningful relationships? Those are exactly the skills that matter in sorority recruitment: building relationships, telling your story authentically, and creating a sense of belonging.
WHY BRILLIANTLY YOU COACHING?
I created Brilliantly You Coaching because I've seen both sides of the recruitment process. I know what sororities are looking for, and I know what helps young women succeed—not by being someone they're not, but by polishing the strengths they already have.
My goal is to help you shine during sorority recruitment by:
Building the confidence to walk into conversations with poise
Finding YOUR voice and learning to tell YOUR story authentically
Developing networking skills that serve you far beyond recruitment week
Learning to connect in ways that feel natural and empowering
This isn't about becoming someone you're not. It's about showing up as your best self—the version of you who feels confident, prepared, and genuinely excited about the possibilities ahead.
YOU ALREADY HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
Here's what I believe: You already shine. You already have everything you need to succeed. My job isn't to change you—it's to help you see what's already there and give you the tools to show up confidently during one of the most important weeks of your college experience.
Whether you're nervous about making conversation, worried about standing out, or just want to feel more prepared, I'm here to help you walk into recruitment with poise, presence, and confidence.
Because the right sorority will love you for exactly who you are—let's make sure they get to see it.
