I’ve seen firsthand how sorority membership can shape a woman’s life — not just during college, but for decades beyond. I was so overwhelmed by the recruitment process, but I found my home — and twenty years later, my closest friends are still my sorority sisters.

That experience sparked a lifelong passion for sorority life. After college, I served as a Leadership Consultant, traveling across the country to guide chapters in recruitment, membership development, and officer training. I worked with brand-new chapters to establish strong foundations and later managed chapter services and consultant teams for another NPC (National Panhellenic Conference) sorority. You could say I was a professional sorority woman! Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of women navigate recruitment, develop leadership skills, and build meaningful sisterhood.

Professionally, I’ve built my career in consulting at a Big 4 firm, specializing in communications and change management. There, I advise executives and organizations on how to navigate complex transitions, foster connection, and create engagement — skills that mirror the very heart of sorority recruitment: building relationships, telling your story authentically, and creating a sense of belonging.

Today, I bring these two worlds together through Brilliantly You Coaching. My goal is to help young women shine during sorority recruitment by polishing the strengths they already have — building confidence, finding their voice, and learning to connect in ways that feel authentic and empowering.
