What is sorority recruitment (rush)?

Sorority recruitment is a mutual selection process where potential new members visit each sorority on campus to get to know each other. It’s a dizzying week that culminates in you finding your perfect fit!

Why do I need a coach?

If recruitment feels overwhelming, confusing, or stressful—or if you want a personalized plan and someone to walk through the process with you—coaching can make a huge difference.

Why should I pick you?

I was a professional sorority woman who coached 100’s of members to prepare for recruitment. Plus, my career in Big 4 consulting has given me the professional coaching skills to help you shine in any situation. Recruitment is an overwhelming and very quick process to choose your best fit so a little coaching and preparation can help! These will be your friends and network for life - think of it as an investment in your future.

Who do you work with?

I work with Potential New Members aka PNMs (that’s you - the women going through recruitment). You can start as early as senior year of high school. I recommend at least 6 months before recruitment starts at your school.

What happens in the initial session?

We’ll start with a 15-minute consultation to learn about you, your goals, and your recruitment plans. From there, I’ll recommend the right package and next steps.

Do you guarantee a bid?

No one can guarantee a bid, but I do guarantee that you’ll feel more confident, polished, and prepared throughout the process.

Do you offer refunds?

Coaching is a commitment, so I do not offer refunds once sessions have started. If you need to reschedule, I’ll work with you to find a new time.
